Oh dear, what can I say about this place… Located right on the train station at El Chorro this bar serves up some fairly standard dishes. It’s OK for a beer whilst you are waiting for the train but it’s not high on my list for a place to eat in the El Chorro area. Let’s hope that when the interpretation centre for the Caminito del Rey opens in the near future in the train station building this place can move into the 21st century. Sorry I don’t like giving bad reviews but this time I have to give it a below average score on service, cleanliness and general food quality.
I’ve been living in this lovely area of Western Andalucia for the last 20 years or so and dedicate most of my time to the running of English language tourist information websites for the towns of Cádiz, Ronda, Grazalema, the famous or infamous Caminito del Rey, and also Wildside Holidays, which promotes sustainable and eco-friendly businesses running wildlife and walking holidays in Spain. My articles contain affiliate links that will help you reserve a hotel, bus, train or activity in the area. You don’t pay more, but by using them you do support this website. Thankyou!
